5 CARDS 1 PAPER PACK

Hi everyone! It's Laura here and today I am back with 5 cards created with the *Crazy Summer* Paper Pad and a video tutorial, too!

These cards are really easy to make and do not require any coloring, which also makes them perfect for last minute card making!

In addition to the 6x6" Crazy Summer paper pad, I used the *XOXO* sentiment stamp set, *Woodstock White* paper, and some basic shapes dies.
Actually, anything except for the circles could also be created without any dies at al.

I started by splitting the papers in the Crazy Summer 6x6" paper pad in two different categories: "solid" backgrounds and patterned paper style.

I also set aside one of the patterned paper sheets for my focal points. I cut out the images in this focal points sheet, using some scissors. I grouped the cut outs in 5 different groups, one for each card.

I then sketched 5 card different sketches on a notebook, to get a feel for the designs I wanted to create. This also helped me in choosing what papers I wanted on each card and what focal points I was going to use on each design. I then started trimming and die cutting the rest of the papers, building my card bases one at the time. I did not glue the images to the card fronts until I had them all ready, just to be sure that I could still make some last minute changes, if I wanted to.

For the greetings on my cards I used the Xoxo stamp set, and I stamped the sentiments directly on the cards. I finished everything off by coating the images with a glitter brush pen and by adding some clear Nuvo Drops.
