CHRISTMAS BOX

Hi!

I don't know if it happened to you too, but last year I found myself overwhelmed with packages to wrap at the last moment, I thought I would not be able to finish in time! This year, to avoid my usual chaos, I decided to prepare this box in advance containing all the gift tags that I will need! Once I have emptied it, I will use it to preserve sentiments, embellishments and stickers.

For this project I chose the “Sweet Christmas” paper collection combined with the Double-Face Pastel Gray Blue and Pastel Strawberry papers. For the tags I used the teddy bear die from the "Winter Friends" set, I love this teddy bear that he holds in his arms, a letter or a gift packet!

The finished box measures approximately 18 x 8 x 4 cm and to make it I used high-weight white cardboard (minimum 220 gr), I leave you the measurements here:

• for the CONTAINER BOX you need a 34x24 cm piece of cardboard to be folded on all 4 sides, first at 4 cm then at 8 cm. The double fold is made to create double edges to the box, therefore thicker and more resistant. This double fold will cause 4 squares to be formed in the corners, of which only the innermost one must be kept, because it will be the flap that must be glued to the edge of the box, the others must be cut away.

• for the LID you need a 22x18 cm white cardboard, to be folded at 8.9 and 13.1 cm along the 18 cm side: you will create a sort of book, here the previously created box must be glued.

• if you also want to create the INTERNAL SEPARATOR you need a cardboard measuring 33.2 x 7.8 cm to be folded along the 33.2 cm side to the following measures: at 6 cm - at 9.8 cm - at 13.6 cm - at 19.6 cm - at 23.4 cm - at 27.2 cm. Glue the two parts measuring 3.8 cm together to create the compartments, after which attach the separator inside the box.

Now all that remains is to decorate and embellish it to your liking. I hope the project can be useful to you! Thanks and good creativity!
