CHRISTMAS FAVOR BOXES

Today I’m back with a new project featuring some of the amazing products from the ModaScrap 2021 Christmas Release. To create these cute favor boxes I used the amazing Cupcake Box die, along with the gorgeous Christmas Charms and Christmas Greenery dies.

First of all I made the boxes and used the Cupcake Box to die-cut them out of different patterned paper. Here I used: Wooden Colors 02, Wooden Colors 05 and one of the beautiful patterned paper sheets from the Sweet Christmas Paper Pack.

Before assembling the boxes, I die-cut a circle window in front of each one of them, using one of the smaller dies from the Dashing Circles set, and cut out two sides from the die-cut box shapes in order to transform the hex base into a square. Then, I carefully assembled them adding a Vellum layer behind each window for added interest.

Next, I die-cut all the decorations I needed to complete the look of these beautiful boxes. I used the Christmas Greenery set to die-cut the poinsettias and all the leafy branches, the Christmas Charms set to create the gorgeous pendants and one of the dies from the Fringes set for the little tassels.
