FRIENDSHIP CARD WITH DIE CUTS ONLY

It's Laura here and today I'm back to share a very sweet card I made with the New Baby dies and the Friends stamp set.
As a first step, I die-cut some watercolor cardstock with the Framed Rectangles dies and blended Distress Oxides in the colors Salvaged Patina and Peacock Feathers. I then created droplets with Fluffy in Brilliant White, that I thinned out with a little water.
Once the droplets were dry, I glued the panel to the base of the card, that I cut out of watercolor cardstock with the Dashing Rectangles dies. I then die-cut the sun and clouds from the New Baby set and added color with Distress Inks in Squeezed Lemonade, Dried Marigold and Salty Ocean. I glued the die cuts to the card and coated them first with a glitter pen and then with Glossy Accents.
To finish, I stamped the sentiment from the Friends stamp set onto white cardstock and adhered it to the card.
