HONEY POTS SLIMLINE

Hello!

Marie here again, this time with a simple and fun slimline card. I created this one using the little honey jar dies from the newest release. I loved cutting these little honey pots out, and then ink blending them a bit to make them look like they are full of sweet honey.

I also cut one honey pot out of my card front, so that I could add a window and create a cute mini shaker jar. I filled it with some gold glitter. I also cut the tops of the jars from some of ModaScrap’s Save the Bees patterned paper. The jars with the hearts on the top, I stamped hearts onto white paper with ModaScrap’s stamp set, and then die cut those, as well.

I used Copics to color a simple wood floor under these cute honey pots, and then stamped the sentiment. It is hard to see in the photos, but I also ink blended a little bit of blue behind the honey pots, and then stamped some light blue hearts, as well.

This ended up being a very clean and simple card, but I love how the honey pots are definitely the focal point.
