LET'S SUMMER!

Hello everyone!

Last time I posted my blogpost here was so cold, even if it was May, now the temperature is finally warmer and I start dreaming about the sea, for this reason this post is so summery.

For today's post, I want to show you a little scrapbook album which is based on the paper collection *Under the sea* and its matching stickers.

The structure is made of chipboard, both the covers and the binding piece, that is covered with the Garzata bianca special paper. This paper reminds me about fishing web and speaking about the fishes, this combines so well.

The cover's embellish is a mix of stickers, stamps and die cuts from *Sailor's Life* stamp and dies set, die cuts from *Ramo 2* on Vellum and Bordeaux cardstock. The funny part here is to play with layers.

The binding part is so simple and easy, too. All you have to do is punch some holes both on the binding piece and on the scoring lines of the pages at the same point. Bind then the pages to the structure with pieces of rope. In order to hide the knots on the spine, add some embellishment such as Polyshrink and wood decors, die cuts and a little tassel.

For the pages I started with Woodstock bianca, entirely or partially covered with pieces of the paper collection. The inner decorations are made by *Dashing Circles*, stickers, *Summer* and *Stars* stencil and Fluffy paste in *Apricot Ice*, *Baby Pink* and *Acquamarine*, and the *Gelly*.

Do you know that rubbing softly on the dry surface of the Fluffy, you can bring out all the sparkle of the paste? This is a tip that Chiara shares in Facebook video with Tommy and, even if it is in italian you can watch it to see all the amazing effects that you can achieve with this sparkle texture paste, which I already love.
