Sito WebHi everyone! It's Laura here, and today I'm back with a post and video showing how to make a cute birthday shaker card, perfect for a little boy!
The image I used is part of the Sailor's Life stamp set. I colored it with my alcohol markers and then die cut it with the matching dies.
For the card base, I used the Dashing Rectangles dies and papers from the a Sailor's Life and Wooden Colors 1 collections. The shaker element, on the other hand, was created with the Dashing Hexagons dies as well as the Sailor's Life and Wooden Colors 3 paper collections.
To fill the shaker, I chose three different colors from the beautiful new ModaScrap sequins. I also glued some of them on the front of the card to add a little shine there too...and because they are just too beautiful!
I further decorated the front of the card with some hearts that I die cut with the Dashing Hearts and I completed it with the sentiment, which I created with the Buon Compleanno die.
